Senior Product Analyst

Salary £45,000 - £56,000 plus benefits

This is a key role inside GDO Applications service team where we are looking for a resource that will be responsible to manage demands coming from Projects and business needs for the SAP (Atlas) Order to cash & Physical Logistics. This role will also serve as a bridge between new demands and the template we have in our SAP, also focused on looking at automation opportunities for the Applications team and business needs.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a resource with proved experience in the SAP SD module
• Experience on SAP implementation and support
• S/4 Hana experience is a nice to have
• Good communication skills, to lead discussions with different teams globally
• Action oriented person, easy to navigate between challenges and always looking pro-active
• Experience with vendor management, third partner resource management
• Experience with automation using SAP and other tools such PowerBI is a nice to have
• Project Management skills is a nice to have
• Experience on managing template demands on SAP SD module
• ITIL process experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible to manage the SAP SD Product demands such as: Product improvements and vendor management
• Be the Product owner for the Europe Region in regards of SAP SD
• Manage the Product life cycle, considering needs from the infrastructure teams and upgrades in the product
• Coordinate automation needs in the Product, gathering needs from business users and transform it in solutions inside the product
• Manage third partner operations, guarantee operational excellence for the ticket´s raised by the users
• Be part of projects roll outs or managing small requirements to improve specific areas in the Product
