Senior Manager, Req to Receipt Regional Process Owner

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the deployment of our global Commercial process strategy, aligning global objectives with local requirements through data analysis, insights generation, and KPI tracking to improve process adoption and value delivery.
This role will support the GPO’s transformation agenda and BAU activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Digital Technologies, and Legal to drive process standardization and transformation. With strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, the ideal candidate will develop subject matter expertise in the S2R process and play a critical role in aligning regional efforts with Mars’ enterprise design.
The role will also support the implementation of the Commercial Digital Strategy.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Deploy the global process strategy.

• Understand and translate any local requirements to shape global strategy.

• Gather data and insights; formulate points of view and recommendations for input into the process.

• Track results against KPIs and provide insights to improve process and tool adoption.

• Maintain control standards within regions.

• Work under the direction of the GPO to support the deployment of the GPO transformation agenda within the regions.

• Develop insights and work with stakeholders to formulate opportunities to drive value through process transformation and adoption.

• Work with various data sources to track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop insights into driving targeted adoption.

• Develop and apply strong subject matter expertise in the S2R process.

• Use strong analytics skills to gather data and develop insights.

• Apply project management acumen to help drive process adoption and meet KPIs.

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Collaborate with regional counterparts and others in the GPO organization to support process standardization efforts through enterprise design across Mars.

• Interact and collaborate effectively across Commercial, Legal, Finance, MGS Digital Technologies, and Internal Audit/Compliance.

Key Qualifications

• University degree (i.e., Bachelor's) in engineering or business/economics/finance /marketing /computer science

• Advanced degree (i.e Masters) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA highly desired

• Fluent in English

• 8+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and procurement experience/project leadership, including the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects that require frequent communication, organization, and time management.

• Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization, and working easily in multi-business unit project settings; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries.

• In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement practices

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
