Job Description:

The SAP Platform Security Senior Architect will be responsible for the architecture and design of security technologies, measures, controls and mechanisms to enable the Digital Core for large ERP transformation programs at Mars, supporting the architecture design and their implementation ensuring the adherence to Mars security standards and industry compliance and regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent in experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience designing and implementing security solutions for SAP platforms and basis, including BTP in a global organization.
  • Proficiency with various security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption tools, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and identity and access management solutions.
  • Expertise in securing cloud environments, including understanding cloud security best practices and tools.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, including segmentation, VPNs, and secure communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of secure software development practices and tools, such as static and dynamic application security testing.
  • Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Design and maintain the security architecture for SAP platforms, ensuring that security controls are integrated into the system design.
  • Implement security controls, such as firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, etc.
  • Conduct risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and managing security risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions meeting business needs.
