This role is based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in Data, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- Proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Provide continual analysis of business performance with actionable insights to account teams using distributor shipment data and Nielsen data and be well always versed on key drivers of the business
- Deliver ongoing promotional tracking and post promotional analysis to team
- Conduct analysis and prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and external presentations including, but not limited to, business reviews, line reviews and JBP’s
- Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analysis to uncover and explain drivers of business performance
- Co-own demand planning process with the National Distributor Manager by providing forecast reporting pre-work and aligning with Distributor Managers and demand planning on forecasts
- Work with National Distributor Manager on new item reporting and forecasting
- Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year and provide insightful explanations on the root causes of these variances
- Manage and continuously improve reporting capabilities and tools
- Create tools, new processes, mechanisms and automation to drive efficiency and improve sales
- Support sales team in all business operations and reporting necessary to drive the business
- Provide actionable insight recommendations from complex data mining and analyses
- Communicate critical business risks and opportunities proactively and clearly to sales team
- Analyze business questions through a hypotheses-driven approach
- Work cross-functionally to understand key stakeholder needs
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities based on action-ability and business impact
- Work comfortably with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
