Employer Reputation Expert

We are looking for Employer Reputation Expert who will be responsible for the creation and execution of the employer branding & recruitment marketing strategy for the region, exploring new and exciting ways to position Mars as a great employer. This role will especially deliver for our UK and Irish markets.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing

  • Great understanding of social media channels and trends

  • Previous experience launching and managing recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Good knowledge of an employer value proposition and the role it plays in an overall communications strategy

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Own and deliver employer branding strategy & recruitment marketing/social attraction strategy, gathering content and creating activation.

  • Manage our agency partners to deliver different projects & initiatives to build talent attraction within the region. This includes localizing our global strategy to fulfill the needs of the market.

  • High stakeholder management across HR, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and RPO with the ability to understand hiring needs and recruitment marketing activities.

  • Owner of the local market career site. Year over year enhancements to improve candidate experience and talent community sign-ups through content and automation.
