The Regional Activity Manager role is responsible for delivering against the Mars Wrigley strategy for the European, CEAB & Turkey Region; by managing innovation, value creation and business continuity projects through to a successful outcome. They build project teams and harness the expertise of the key functions to mitigating project risks; monitoring progress against critical success factors; submitting high quality updates and submissions into business forums, meet all approval stage gates to deliver business growth, improved profitability, and manage emerging risks to our business.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage your projects, meeting all stage-gates on time and with high quality submissions across Europe.
- Develop and own project planning & timelines and align with all key stakeholders on key decision points, issues and actions. Shape timely and relevant project communication to key business forums; providing recommendation for the projects and guiding the project teams through escalation process when relevant. Bring clear, aligned recommendations from the Project Team into key decision-making business forums, balancing quality / risk / timing / cost as appropriate.
- Lead exhaustive cross-functional risk assessments, proactive risk management and Desirable, Viable, Feasible and Sustainable analysis for all projects.
- Ensure all projects are run in line with our governance guidelines; looking for opportunities to streamline and drive simplicity. Coordinate project learning reviews and communicate them to wider Regional Activity Management Team.
