Recruitment Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Expert who will be responsible for the creation and execution of the recruitment marketing strategy for the region, executing campaigns across social, digital and out-of-home media to drive new capabilities, skills and talent to Mars. Working across Mars' European, India, Middle East and African markets

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing

• Great understanding of social and digital marketing with an appetite to learn new marketing methods

• Previous experience launching and managing recruitment marketing campaigns

• Good knowledge of the overall talent funnel, and the effect campaigns can have on driving new capabilities, skills and talent to the top of the funnel, toward conversion.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Own and deliver recruitment marketing strategy across the region.

• Manage our agency partners to deliver different projects & initiatives to build talent attraction within the region. This includes localizing our global strategy to fulfill the needs of the market.

• High stakeholder management across HR, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and RPO with the ability to understand hiring needs and recruitment marketing activities.

• Work alongside Regional Employer Reputation Specialists to deliver and localise campaigns.
