The Quality & Food Safety Senior Technologist is responsible for setting up and driving continual improvement of quality and food safety management systems, based on Mars Global Standards to deliver all site quality key performance indicators. We are looking for someone who is an agile thinker, action orientated, able to drive for results and has good communication skills and is able to communicate effectively with any varying audience, understanding their needs and expectations. We’re also seeking an individual with strong technical leadership ability and who is able to influence and lead cross functional team through collaboration in order to deliver the required Q&FS objectives and goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong project management skills to deliver quality and food safety related projects
  • Good understanding and experience in Quality Management systems eg FSSC, HACCP, Allergen Management, GMP, Traceability
  • Robust problem solving, incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Strong planning and aligning skills and managing complexity

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Establish, develop and maintain high quality & food safety system to ensure that all products meet quality and food safety requirement and compliance with regulation
  • Responsible to manage incidents and lead consumer complaint investigations and driving the effectiveness of CAPA's
  • Responsible for the Training of standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, Allergen, etc.)
  • Responsible for the data analysis and drive continual improvement of quality performance
