Job Description:
To be the primary R&D partner (the "face of R&D") for the Value Stream, driving the quality agenda and leading the implementation and governance of all Q&FS requirements, including first-line incident escalation for product quality & food safety.

GMP ,HACCP and Allergen management
ISO9001 and FSSC22000
Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistic
Strong communication

Understanding manufacturing processes
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leadership
The individual serves as the primary R&D partner for the value stream (VS), overseeing the quality agenda and driving necessary improvements.
Leading Q&FS objectives, participating in FMOS meetings, and managing R&D-related activities.
Plays a key role in incident management, from initial response through escalation to Risk Assessment levels, and supports the value stream in recovery programs.
Additionally, the person leads troubleshooting on quality issues, facilitates problem-solving sessions, and ensures effective corrective/preventative plans.
Contribute to consumer and customer complaint investigations within the value stream.
QMP
Coordinate QMP in the value stream (CAPAs, internal audits, continuous improvement, document creation & control, derogations).
Contribute to the food safety program within the value stream, including achieving compliance with any required external standards (e.g. FSSC 22000). Support the standard owners as appropriate.
Contribute to the HACCP reviews for the value stream.
Change management
Consulted for line trial risk assessments & endorsement of line trial/ raw material exception test forms prior to approval by the site Q&FS manager.
Support Asset Health Check (AHC) with Q&FS inputs.
Represent R&D at project handover meetings prior to approval by site Q&FS manager (by exception).
Support TRAs for project implementation.
Ad hoc project support / Q&FS lead.
