Salary from £22,750 + Shift Allowance + Annual Company Bonus + Benefits
Weekday shifts only (2 shift or 3 shift patterns, mixture of 8- and 12-hour shift options available)
Permanent and 1 Year Contract options available

We now have several Production Operator opportunities to join the Mars Food team at our Norfolk site. The Operator will operate machinery within a specified area; to optimise efficiency, product quality and safety and maintain a professional, clean manufacturing environment.
Without, the hard work of our production team our product would never be able to reach the market, so the production operator role is crucial to the business!
What are we looking for?
Experience in a factory or warehouse environment as machine operator or FLT driver or similar.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with up colleagues.
Able to accurately record data and use a computer.
Positive, can-do attitude.
What would be your key responsibilities?
The efficient operation of plant and machinery on their line in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained and effective shift handovers are carried out.
Regular quality checks to ensure we are producing first class products.
Ordering and managing supplies of materials required for production
Identification and resolution of basic faults in processes or machines in your area
