In our UK Associate Health & Wellbeing Team we are currently looking for an Occupational Health Manager. You will be covering 3 sites in the east of the UK, with a mix of onsite and home working. Primary responsibility is managing casework: referrals, ill health retirements, capability assessments. You will also oversee health surveillance and new starter medicals, work effectively in a team of 4 experienced OHMs and a wider Associate Health and Wellbeing Team that delivers to the highest standards and is SEQOHS accredited.

What are we looking for?

• Professional OH qualifications / RCN certification

• Experience in case management

• Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate of key H&W projects

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Management of referrals to OH

• Engagement with senior stakeholders (director level)

• Oversight of health surveillance and new starter medicals

• Collaboration on key strategic AH&WB projects
