Job Description:

A MS&D Manager responsible for driving the growth agenda of Dog portfolio for the UKI and Nordic cluster, consisting of; ambition, split per brand, split per lever. This in turn will enable delivery of our key priorities (e.g. innovation, Perfect Store, 5Ps)

Salary Range
50,000-62,000

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a strategic sales setting such as; Account Management, SRM/RGM, Category Development, Trade Marketing or MS&D.
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation.
  • Experience in influencing across functions and able to simplify complex data sets into tangible actions.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Diagnosis of performance and recommended actions (using internal and external data sources, EPOS Nielsen, Dunnhumby etc)
  • Development of the Mars portfolio promotional playbook through insights- based recommendations.
  • Strategic governance of the Dog Dry portfolio across the cluster
  • Collaboration with SRM, Sales and regional teams to ensure that plans are clear and being executed with excellence within the cluster.
  • Build the sales teams capability in the use of the promotional evaluation tools to enable them to effectively scenario plan to identify ways to improve customer investment ROI.
  • Delivery of NPD pipeline commitments in year and year +1
