What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Delivery of IT Solutions related Services

1.1 Own the Factory IT infrastructure for JXG plant.

1.2 Responsible for Cyber security compliance of the Factory IT infrastructure in JXG plant

1.3 Manage external contractors for Factory IT tasks, following all the factory programs and supervise their work in the site.

1.4 Responsible for issue resolution and problem solving for all factory IT infrastructure and solutions.

1.5 Ensure operations on factory premises for Factory IT systems (Automation levels 1 to 3)

· Level 1 Networks

· Level 2 SCADA PC hardware & OS

· Level 3 MES / MOM

1.6 Provide continuous improvement solutions to include collaboration with the relevant internal/external partners if necessary.

2. Provide Strategy for FACTORY IT Asset Health check program

2.1 Inventory, Control and Purchasing of IT Infrastructure components.

2.2 Recognize current phase of Lifecycle for each Infrastructure Solution and Service and prepare appropriate action plans.

3. FACTORY IT projects management

3.1 Implement Factory IT projects and own Factory IT digital foundation masterplan.

3.2 Participate regional and global Factory-IT Infrastructure related projects to ensure valuable input and deliverables.

4. Business Engagement and communication

4.1 Seen as an expert in IT, demonstrating clear understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change.

4.2 Work with shift production, reliability teams, Senior Electrical Technician, OT Engineer to solve the IT issues.

4.3 Follow the company HSE and quality (HACCP / GMP / Food Defense) procedures.

What are we looking for?

Education & Experience:

1. University Degree in IT related education.

2. Fluent in English with good communication (verbal and written) skills.

3. At least 3 years’ work experience in Factory IT maintenance activities.

4. Master the Windows Server/ VMware/Linus system knowledge.

5. Master the Network knowledge (CCNP Certification).
