Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

The MLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations in varies business areas such as Sales, Category Management, Marketing and Digital, which directly contribute to the growth and impact of our business. This is your chance to shape your leadership trajectory and create a lasting impact.

The MLE traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to accelerate the development of your leadership skills and build a solid foundation for a future leadership role.

As an MLE trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in three dynamic rotations, providing insight into different leadership paths.

  • Opportunity to lead teams and initiate projects, allowing you to continuously develop yourself.

  • Be part of our global trainee community, forge lifelong connections and contribute to a global business network.

We are looking for recent graduates who:

  • Currently completing or having completed a master's degree no more than 24 months ago

  • Have a growth mindset, interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.

  • A passion for a future career in leadership.

  • A dedicated focus on learning and development, including outside your comfort zone.

  • Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)

  • Proficiency in English
