An immersive 15-17 (05/04/2026 - 08/21/2026) week summer program that provides deep and impactful exposure to various real-world Mars projects.

We're looking for motivated students who:
Possess a thirst for knowledge, drive for results, and eagerness to build strong relationships.
Have a passion for driving improvements within Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Cost Optimization, Analytics, and Value Leadership within a leading CPG company.
Studying in a STEM program (Engineering preferred, others considered).
Will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.
Will work out of our Newmarket Ontario location.
Have access to a personal vehicle.
Students must be legally authorized to work in Canada, without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.
