Lead Operator – Weekends
Plymouth
Rotating shifts (29 hours):
Sat/Sun - 6am - 6pm
Sat/Sun - 6pm – 6am
Plus 5 hours in the week (flexible to which day)
£27,804 (Base salary + Shift Allowances)
PLEASE NOTE Training for this role will take place on Monday - Friday rotating weeks 6am - 2pm 2pm - 10pm

As a Lead Operator you will be responsible for operational decisions at the line level to achieve targets and coordinate a team of Operators as required.
What are we looking for?
Previous Operative experience
Educated to GCSE level
Mechanical training or background is desirable.
Experience leading/coordinating a small team of associates - again desirable.
Experience in FMCG / High-speed production OR transferable mechanical process skills from a similar environment.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Supervise and coordinate a small team of operators and associates to achieve line targets.
Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.
Assisting operators with daily productions tasks to ensure line targets are met.
