Job Description:

IT Systems Architect, responsible for maintaining the template implemented for the global PLM system, Oracle Agile P4P (internally known as Veritas). This person will lead a group of contractors to implement system enhancements using SCRUM as development ways of working and working on a constant evolving environment towards DevOps ways of working.

Also, the Systems Architect will lead and collaborate with:

  • Activities to improve current ways of working (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, ITSM, etc.);
  • Maintain, create and improve team playbooks, knowledge portals
  • Interact with users' community with various communication methods (Portals, meetings, workshops, etc.)

  • IT Background required
  • High customer focus is a must
  • Experience on leading a group of developers
  • Experience on leading/driving systems changes
  • Leading or working on SCRUM teams is a plus
  • Experience with DevOps organizations is plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Play Design Authority role for the R&D and MPS Tower (in Quality, Laboratories and Specifications sub-area) in the Product team level, assessing impacts and approving all the initiatives that are going to be related to products and services on this product team.
  • Partnership with Product Owner and/or Functional Experts on continuous improvement, evolution of the product and Lifecycle management
  • Participate on new design for solutions, services and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc.
  • Liaise with the other BCF areas to ensure consistent cross-functional business process design
  • Collaborate with the team on internal initiatives for processes improvement (e.g. DevOps, SCRUM, Change Management, etc.)
  • Keep and improve the knowledge repository
  • Keep and improve team playbooks
