What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience in Internal Communication.
Excellence in verbal, written, and visual communications in both French and English.
Proven ability in developing, testing, and implementing impactful communication and engagement materials.
Strong customer orientation and collaboration skills.
Active learner and skilled problem solver who initiates ideas on how to meet our internal customers’ needs better and faster.
Skilled in establishing priorities, organizing work, and multitasking.
Ability to extract meaningful information from data and turn it into useful insights.
Experienced in leveraging technology to drive excellence in communications and learner engagement plans and materials. Preferably in Campaign Monitor, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and MS Teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Communications development and activation
Create learner and stakeholder communication materials, contextualize, and organize language translations in line with our creative positioning, tone of voice and the annual communication plan.
Manage the end-to-end content creation process; measure impact, identify trends and implement ideas for improvement.
Partner with Regional Learner Communication and Engagement Managers to activate learner and stakeholder communications and campaigns across different geographical regions, languages, and functions.
Learner Engagement
Support Associates feeling excited, engaged, and inspired by learning at Mars through involvement with learning communities, events, and campaigns.
Enable Associates to make the most of learning at Mars by helping them navigate learning resources.
Organize and deliver listening sessions to gain insights into learners needs and preferences to inform the continuous improvement of the learning experience and provide input to future product development.
Develop and activate opportunities to test new ideas/concepts with learners and stakeholders.
Serve as change agents for the shift we will drive in evolving the culture of learning at Mars.
Identify and activate existing internal communication forums to market learning opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive further awareness.
Manage communication plan and material creation (in partnership with external vendor when relevant) for new program development projects.
