We are on the verge of exciting digital transformations, and we're seeking a dynamic Integration Platform Senior Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of our hybrid integration platform, fueling our company's growth and transformation initiatives.
As the Integration Platform Transformation Lead at Mars, you will play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and adoption of our hybrid integration platform. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Mulesoft, Solace, Azure Integration Services, ADF and more, you will be at the forefront of creating a world-class integration platform that empowers our company's transformation programs and business growth.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in managing a team of platform architects and technical experts.
In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as Mulesoft, Solace, Azure Integration Services & ADF, IBM IIB, Microsoft BizTalk, and others.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful technical platform delivery.
Excellent communication skills in English with strong leadership abilities.
Familiarity with security best practices and standards.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead and manage a team of platform architects and technical experts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Define the integration platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Recommend preferred solutions for all integration archetypes and use cases, based on your expertise and industry best practices.
Coordinate a portfolio of projects to design, build, and deploy new components, including SAP BTP integration services, while continuously improving existing ones.
Create foundation patterns, guides, and operating procedures to maximize platform utilization and enhance interface delivery efficiency.
Provide guidance to delivery teams on detailed development tasks, ensuring the successful execution of integration projects.
Ensure that industry standards and quality objectives are met in all integration efforts.
Oversee the security of the integration platform, ensuring compliance with Infosec standards and best practices.
