The role of Identity & Consents Senior Lead is part of our vibrant D&A organisation to own and deliver strategic vision in how identity, notices and consents should be collected, processed and used to support Petcare eco-system.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in Data Privacy and Data Governance areas, preferably in a large organization

  • Experience in implementing a Consent management and/or Identity management solution preferably at a large organization with multiple markets presence

  • Ability to define or contribute to definition of long term vision and strategy for Identity & Consent management

  • Experience in Stakeholder Engagement – Clear articulation of Vision & Purpose, influencing w/o authority & great communication skills

  • Experience in Product Ownership and Program Management, ability to work with a diverse, multi-functional team (business, IT, data analysts, PMO) in an agile manner

  • Strong business acumen and some technical experience to be able to translate/ manage communication between business and technical teams

  • Strong customer/ consumer focus – being able to see things through the eyes of the consumer/ Pet Owner and detect what will work and will not work from a consumer experience p.o.v.

  • Proven professional knowledge or experience in data management, computer science, mathematics, physics or similar

  • Significant knowledge and understanding of Privacy regulations / rules

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Contribute to the definition of Identity and Consent strategy for Mars Petcare and define milestone plan for implementation across all divisions in Petcare.

  • Be the global product owner for identity and consent management solution and manage global program delivery and evolution of Notices and Consents framework across all divisions of Mars Global Petcare segment.

  • Identity & Consents Product Ownership: you will manage stakeholders in different divisions and cross-functions, align internal processes with digital application asses owners, lead product features prioritization, partner with the Digital Technologies Function and asset owners to deliver, and be the owner of the strategic roadmap in-line with the leadership team direction

  • Notices and Consents Program Delivery: you will align stakeholders and lead the change across business units, own the evolution of the roadmap, maintain program delivery and reporting structure in partnership with division data directors and manage the KPI reporting and data collection.
