Grinding Operator (2nd Shift)

Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment

What will be your Key Responsibilities?

• Operate mixing, grinding, material handling, and cleaning equipment and systems

• Operate Grinding Tower systems in accordance with Operating Procedures in a safe, productive, and efficient manner at all times

• Perform Grinding Tower operational activity according to production and planning schedules and requirements

• Perform periodic and routine inventories of raw materials in storage and adjust production quantity based on inventory

• Receive and unload raw materials and supplies from delivery equipment

• Provide and perform routine maintenance checks on equipment

• Provide reporting and documentation of Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation activities in accordance Operating Procedures

• Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality activity in other areas as directed

• Provide functional communications with other staff members as necessary to optimize quality, efficiency, productivity and safety

• Perform all duties in compliance with Quality Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Adhere to all safety requirements

• Perform housekeeping and sanitation procedures in accordance with Food Safety and Sanitation Program
