Global Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager- Digital Technologies

Location: US - Newark or Chicago (Hybrid) or UK - Slough (Hybrid)

As a Global Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Mars, you will partner to drive development & implementation of sub-category buying strategies as well as closely business partner the Petcare and Food & Multisales segments for their Digital Technologies Commercial needs.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using the Mars framework and the appropriate tools for the market category.

  • Actively participate as a member of the Digital Technologies Commercial Leadership Team, working collaboratively to drive the Commercial function forward

  • Closely business partner with the Petcare Digital Technologies organisation to understand business priorities and how Commercial can add value to those

  • Lead negotiations with suppliers who support BAU as well as those helping to drive the ambition transformations in Petcare

  • Build sourcing category expertise to provide market and financial insights and inputs to the operating plan.​
