Global Senior Sourcing Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Location: Slough, UK

Hybrid Working

As a Global Senior Sourcing Manager - BPO at Mars, you will partner with the Mars business on existing Outsourcing deals to ensure all value locked in at contract signature is realised over the life of the contract, as well as partnering with the business to identify new BPO opportunities across Mars Inc.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you will have previous Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Commercial experience

• We want someone who shares our passion for driving value for our business by adopting a business-centric approach to Commercial

• You'll need to have an excellent understanding of large, complex contracts

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Commercial business partner to the Vice President (VP), Global Finance Operations and Vice President (VP), Global Digital Operations on existing outsourcing arrangements

• Line manage 2 Associates

• Work closely with operational teams on contract performance

• Play an active role on the Digital Technologies (DT) & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Commercial Leadership Team, which will involve driving at least one pillar of the overall team-wide strategy ​
