Mars, a leader in the Pet Nutrition sector, is rapidly advancing its Digital Supply Chain Transformation. We're seeking a dynamic Global Technical Product Manager to join our team and spearhead this exciting journey.

The role operates across globally, partnering with peers in the IT organization and Business leaders to develop and deploy robust and sustainable Supply Chain capabilities.


What are we looking for?

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT product management or similar role (exposure to one or more: DevOps, Platform Architecture, Automation, Integration, Software (OMP, Kinaxis, BY, S4/SAP …)) preferably in supply chain.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with an agile mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to educate non-IT savvy leadership & staff.
  • Ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organizational landscape.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Drive the digital and data-driven supply chain transformation, focusing on innovative IT solutions within the end-to-end supply chain landscape.
  • Operate globally within the Pet Nutrition (PN) business, partnering with business leaders to define and manage high-value IT products and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate across regions with IT peers to develop robust capabilities and partner closely with Business Supply Chain Teams and IT Supply leads.
  • Bring external insights and trends to influence large-scale business transformation at Mars.
  • Lead strategic projects, including the management of a team of experts and senior stakeholders, to build a future-proof technology platform.
  • Maintain financial diligence and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with Mars’ strategic goals.
