The Global Data Product Solutions Senior Lead - RTM/MM role in Demand Data as a Service (DDaaS) encompasses overseeing and optimizing the delivery of data product solutions across various channels, such as EPOS, ECOM, Distributor, Media, and Marketing.

This position involves developing data-driven data product solutions to accelerate customer insights, maximize sales efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive growth in retail and online sales channels. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading external data harmonization, driving the data model in Mars Data Lake, and providing business expertise to unlock the value of data for different segments and projects.

What are we looking for?

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in IT, with special emphasis on information delivery development or deployment for business applications

  • Global Product and program management

  • Product delivery and value tracking through external teams and vendors

  • RTM, Media & Marketing data product solution strategies including visualisation

  • Domain expertise in RTM/MM (EPOS, ECOM, Distributor, Media and Marketing channels)

  • Leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management in Data-driven solutions

  • Experience with Azure, AWS and other cloud-based data product solutions

Nice to have:

  • Solution Architecture, Data Catalog

  • Knowledge of IoT and emerging technologies

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, and PowerBI

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with the Segment Business Partnership teams, Segment IT (MW Snacking, Pet, Food, Multisales) to create business cases and ROI models for data utilization and consumption.

  • Identify opportunities to build reusable Data Products working with cross-functional teams to enable their creation.

  • Govern existing Data Assets from a digital technology perspective and establish global IT capabilities aligned with strategies, fostering a high-performing team.

  • Oversee and optimize the delivery of data product solutions across EPOS, ECOM, Distributor, Media, and Marketing domains.

  • Develop data-driven solutions to accelerate customer insights, maximize sales efficiency, and improve customer experience.

  • Drive external data harmonization efforts, ensuring alignment with ePOS, eCom, RTM, and other external data sources.

  • Lead and enhance the external data model in Mars Data Lake, leveraging business expertise for value extraction.
