Functional IT Lead – Marketing/Sales (W/M/X)

Segment: Royal Canin

Location: Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier) and Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg). Other European locations might be considered.

The Digital Technologies (DT) Global Sales/Marketing team works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with technology solutions. This team engages with the global and regional functional business leaders in the Royal Canin to amplify the customer's voice and deliver solutions that “run and grow” their business, and at the same time continue to enable the business transformation and IT change. We work across numerous business capabilities and functions like retail execution, e-commerce, graphic chain, and Digital as examples.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in Marketing or Sales functions with an understanding of brand and product marketing, customer engagement and driving business results.

  • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and Global/Regional teams.

  • Experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Drive the Digital Technologies Marketing strategy by aligning with cross-functional teams for execution, deliverables, and expected outcomes / benefits.

  • Strategy development through consultation with global and regional segment leaders to determine strategic business needs from a digital perspective, providing functional insights and inputs to the strategic planning process.

  • Leading investment & strategies by engaging with senior stakeholders, influence to get resources (finances & human) to execute the functional strategy & road map.

  • Managing the global project portfolio investment budget up to $5M/year.

  • Drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision. Own the Digital Product Lifecycle.
