Location: Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier) and Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg). Other European locations might be considered.

The Royal Canin IT Global Demand organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with technology solutions. The IT Demand Team works across business units to amplify the customer's voice and deliver solutions that run and accelerate their business. We work across numerous business capabilities and functions like retail execution, e-commerce, graphic chain, and Digital as examples. The team navigates through a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive and sustainable solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Proven functional experience in functions related to client/customer care, contact center and/or sustainability.

• Thought leadership and strong willingness to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and proven influencing skills.

• Experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities with extreme attention to detail while also keeping in mind broader business/IT strategy/goals.

• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong strategic mentality and analytical skills; willingness to balance between analytical and creative thinking.

• Agile and Product Management Skill for solution delivery.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• As a business leader representing Digital Technology, partner with segment leaders at the regional levels to develop business strategies.

• Be accountable for business value creation & realization via digital in related functional area at speed and at scale.

• Consult with global and regional segment leaders to bring insights from industry trends and peer companies to determine strategic business needs from a digital perspective, providing functional insights and inputs to the strategic planning process. This also includes exploring & understanding how Digital changes the function (digitalization) and bringing business innovation through technology.

• Influence senior stakeholders to get resources (finances & human) to execute the functional strategy & roadmap.

• Drive the IT strategy for the corporate/business support functions aligning with cross-functional teams for execution, deliverables, and expected outcomes / benefits. If required, build the team/vendor to deliver the strategy (if not using existing teams/capabilities).
