Location: Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg, France) or Slough, UK, or Veghel, The Netherlands
In the context of Mars Wrigley's data transformation, the Functional IT Business Partner engages with the factories, markets and the regional business functions in Supply Chain, Supply and cross-functionally to build capabilities and to transform the Digital Supply / Supply Chain & E2E agenda for Europe.
The incumbent works closely with operational owners, business leaders and IT teams to define, develop and deploy the business solutions to achieve business value, based on agreed priorities by leveraging techniques such as Design Thinking and Agility.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience driving a data transformation roadmap
Technical knowledge around data quality, data modeling, data governance, and integration
Very good understanding of the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes through internal MARS best practice and external perspective
Proven leadership and influencing skills in the interaction with key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Strong consultative skills, problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Partner with business leaders across the hierarchies within the factories, the markets, the region & globe to identify and define how to create business value through the application of technology /business processes enhancements
Design the roadmap for data transformation within the Digital E2E Supply Chain Transformation
Collaborate with Functional Experts and business managers to create clear outcomes, project scope approach, business case and value add
Balances regional and global stakeholders' expectations and priorities against the predefined roadmap
Work closely with all relevant Digital groups to transfer defined and approved project/enhancement work into delivery
Monitor the progression of projects through the delivery phase, working with different deployment teams.
