These ambitions call for capabilities enabling sustainable omni channel growth, inventory turnover ratio improvement, real time analytics and visibility driven by data, channel expansion seamlessly integrated and confirmed customer satisfaction in line with the quality and passion we put in our products.
In 2021, we acknowledged the need for Enterprise Architecture changes based on an analysis looking at our business needs, our current pain points, our technical gaps, and our strategic vision.
The current application systems architecture supporting order to cash, produce to deliver and record to record business capabilities is not adapted to the business growth and evolution beyond 2026.
To enable Vision 2025, several transformation programs have already started (such as MDM, Headless-OMS, Veritas, FoT, The Box, 1NAV) and must be launched (such as omni- OMS, new system of records (ERP)).
These programs are not just systems upgrades or changes, they will also focus on standardization of the business processes. To create value, they are business transformations needing a specific organizational design to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. They must be business led from the top of the organization down to every unit.
The business transformation is led by a GLT member, CIO/ Vice President of business transformation, and the business transformation office (BTO) will be led by a senior leadership to manage the day-to-day program. The senior BTO directors will report into GLT member, CIO/ VP of the business transformation office and will manage other senior managers.
As Development Factory Lead, you will be a member of the EOS Technical Development Team responsible for ensuring our internal and external partners delivering technical components of the ERP solution are done on scope, time, and quality.
What are we looking for?
Education & Professional Qualifications
- IT Engineer degree or equivalent
Knowledge / Experience
- 7+ years’ Experience with ERP platform development
- Excellent experience about vendor management for large program
- Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and capable to research and rapidly learn new technical skills
- Strong capability to deliver through others
- Strong capacity to influence internal and external resources
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
- Technical understanding of SAP S/4 ERP capabilities
- Participate to SAP S/4 ERP functional/technical design
- Ensure the Keep the Core Clean Strategy is followed and elaborate BTP development strategy
- Lead the development factory for SAP S/4 (font-end and back-end)
- Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, GDO and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved on the design and build discussion
- If necessary, involve SAP experts in the discussion to insure we get the best from the solution we will design
- Understanding local and global process complexities
- Work closely with the ERP solution architect to ensure the design and delivery are fit for purpose and the system integrator deliverables follow the expectations
- Collaborate with other component of the program (like CFIN program for example)
- Working with global stakeholders and process in each service line
- Support deployment teams in implementing the solution that will have been designed
