Our Mars Digital Supply Chain Transformation is now accelerating to maximize the value we create and capture for our business. We are accelerating as digital and data-driven solutions become more critical to our performance.

Supply Chain Transformation will focus on E2E Planning digital capabilities (this role will focus on OMP for Royal Canin)

This role will play an important role in helping to partner with our key business stakeholders, to both see how existing business problems can be solved using new and existing digital capability and to help support the team by bringing in external thought leadership.

What are we looking for?

  • Up to 5 years experience in delivering IT capabilities within a business function preferably in supply chain planning in the CPG industry.
  • Proven technical awareness of new digital platforms: one or more exposure to: DevOps, Platform Architecture, Automation, Integration, Software (OMP, Kinaxis, BY, S4/SAP …).
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organizational landscape.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Operate globally within Petcare Segment, partnering with business leaders to define and manage high-value IT products and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate across regions with IT peers to develop robust capabilities and partner closely with Business Supply Chain Teams.
  • Identify and codify business problems into technical requirements or functional specs.
  • Lead IT projects centrally across a roadmap of portfolio activities. This will include activities following the cycle of discovery, prototyping, to pilot and first stage minimum viable product (MVP) in addition to supporting the delivery of new capability on our existing digital platforms.
  • Partner closely with business Product Owners and Functional Experts to deliver the assigned projects.
  • Bring external insights and trends to influence business transformation at Mars.
  • Partnership with Tier 1 and niche Tier 2 vendor partners to deliver projects and new capability activities.
  • Maintain financial diligence, ensuring alignment within Mars’ strategic goals.
