Enterprise Collaboration Sr Expert | hybrid | Guararema

Enterprise Collaboration Sr Expert connects with multiple stakeholders in Mars Digital Technologies globally in order to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery and high level of customer satisfaction. This includes day-to-day interaction with global teams such as SITS, Cyber Security, and ENS teams and Mars Service Desk up to senior management level acting as a regional owner of the respective area and processing all custom requests and enquiries from stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Technical knowledge for Unified Communications and Messaging.

UC service:

• MTR on Windows/Surface Hub/Android

• Device purchasing and installation, also setupTesting on application and any other configsOS upgrade and roll back between Surface 2S and Surface 3, Enroll test devices onto Intune and managementMigrate MTRoA to AOSPTroubleshootingMonitoring tools validation, Other meeting rooms devices like schedulers, cameras, microphone,ectproject/deployment related test from physical device

• ECS events support

• Provide tech support on ECS events (including rehearsal) on different products, like TLE, Townhall, meetings, webinar. Monitor on Teams admin center, Kollective, and PowerBICollaboration with ECS support team, SITS, ENS

• Platforms management

• Teams Admin Center

• Logi Sync

• MTR Pro portal

• Poly Lens

• Kollective

• Teams client management (Windows OS, MacOS, Android OS and iOS)

• Teams features validation/deployment

• Teams policies for meetings, messaging and apps

Messaging:

• O365 – Deep understanding of Microsoft cloud services architecture, strong knowledge of O365 administration toolkit

• Strong knowledge of Intune, MSFT Exchange

• Deep understanding of core technologies - Networks, Identity and Servers

• Strong technical skills in the respective area and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Windows Powershell and scripting

• Deep understanding of core technologies -AzureAdminDroidCyberArk to access our relaysMSFT Exchange Tool BoxMSFT Exchange Management ShellMS Identity ManagerCloud solutionsMSFT Exchange Admin Center

What will be your key responsibilities?

3rd level support for these 2 areas, working closer with other operational teams and vendors such as TCS, Accenture, Microsoft
