Waltham

This role provides the technical project management and leadership of major investment projects across the Waltham campus. Accountable for managing the engineering project team and resources to develop, evaluate, design, procure and implement technical solutions for projects, through great stakeholder management and in close co-operation with local teams and Global Engineering.

What are we looking for?

  • Educated to Degree level (essential) in an engineering discipline.

  • Recognised Project Leadership qualification e.g. PRINCE2 (essential)

  • Engineering or construction background

  • Ability to build and lead teams.

  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Previous experience of project delivery, quality systems and lean methodologies.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Accountable for the direct management and day-to-day delivery of all engineering capital projects.

  • Takes the role of Industrial Engineer for the Campus in terms of Capital reporting, planning and control.

  • Responsible for the technical and operational integration of all engineering projects through the management of all relevant interfaces in multiple sites such as maintenance, controls, operations, R&D, HSE, Logistics, Site engineering, suppliers and 3rd party Engineering.

  • Accountable for all projects whilst embracing standards of deployment, best practice and tools

  • Accountable for Quality Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Welfare and Engineering standards on all projects at Waltham
