We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our new designed regional End to End Planning organization, with a focus on rack&pack Materials performance and process. You will own planning management systems and key performance indicators linked to material inventory and MRP parameter sufficiency. Your role includes ensuring the system health of the materials ecosystem via master data accuracy and continuous improvement.

The role is part of a regional team and has scope and scale across our Pet Nutrition Europe business.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Definition and ownership of the relevant material planning work process and system health

  • Ownership for the performance management cycle of one or more material planning KPIs

  • Reporting, Data analysis, root causing, action planning & implementation of improvements

  • Collaboration with the operational teams inside and outside of the end-to-end planning structure to deliver best in class results, including delivering training

  • Product ownership for relevant analytics tools, involvement into definition and testing of new solutions

  • Bringing new insights into the business, both from internal and external market.

What are we looking for?

  • Career supply chain professional specializing in process ownership, reporting, data analysis and performance management to enable best in class business results

  • Supply chain management experience in relevant areas of supply chain planning – min. 3 years and overall min. of 5 years of professional experience

  • University Degree - in supply chain management, engineering or other technical subject is preference but not limited to

  • Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems and advanced data analytics tools, with advanced skill required in SAP MRP.

  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a drive for root cause analysis and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written) as it is main language. Polish language is not required.
