Customer Care Coordinator – Supply Chain
Wolverton, Milton Keynes (office based)
Salary £24,500 + performance related annual company bonus
Hours 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm (alternating weeks)
As a Customer Care Coordinator at Mars Horsecare, you will be responsible for the customer care and logistics planning operations across our global market. This includes managing the relationship between Mars and the customer from a Supply Chain perspective. The function would be the main point of contact within Supply Chain in terms of customer service and logistics operations.
The Job entails cross-functional interaction between Sales, Supply Chain Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiasm or interest in working in the equine industry
Basic level of MS Office including Word and Excel
Customer Service experience (telephone and email)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Managing the relationship between Mars and customer from a Supply Chain perspective.
The function would be the main point of contact within Supply Chain in terms of customer service and logistics operations.
Key performance indicators include customer service levels to maintain on time in full.
The Job entails cross-functional interaction between Sales, Supply Chain Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s as part of our “proudly working together to deliver best in class products” Supply Vision.
