The Learner Communications & Engagement Manager enables learning culture and critical capability-building solutions' reach within relevant functional curriculum scope. This role is critical in enabling our stakeholders to navigate learning at Mars while prioritizing learning solutions that further support business success today and tomorrow.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent of education) with extensive experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant field - Corporate Affairs / Internal Communications / Marketing / Learning communications
  • Ability to travel as required for appropriate key meetings and forums (around 5% of the time).
  • Fluent English (on native speaker level); multilingual candidate preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and deliver on annual stakeholders’ and learners’ communication and engagement strategy for the colleges / regions in scope.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders In the functions to build awareness and activate sponsorship for learning priorities that drive functional and enterprise strategy.
  • Develop and deliver communication and engagement plan for key learning priorities, leveraging Mars U Brand guidelines and MGS Learning internal communications strategy. Activate the plan through centralized communication efforts globally, and work on regional contextualization where relevant.
  • Report on and manage overall learner experience for Supply and R&D colleges throughout the year (from communications standpoint), providing a portfolio team a holistic view on the new learning program launches, as well as ongoing assignment activations to balance out and manage learner experience.
  • Organize and activate communications to stakeholders down to the regional level on learning portfolio delivery plans, and learning initiatives reach aspirations and aligned with global learning KPIs
  • Helping stakeholders and existing capability communities to navigate existing Mars U portfolio and tools (in partnership with curriculum managers when deeper dive into content is needed)
  • Create relationships in assigned colleges with relevant functional leads and senior leaders to leverage existing forums to market Mars U development opportunities and embed the culture of learning into everything we do.
  • Answering ongoing questions from P&O, Functional LTs, and Capability communities on existing portfolio and delivery plans (in partnership with Curriculum managers, where deep dive is required). Capturing and organizing feedback from stakeholders.
  • Create listening session opportunities for learners in the assigned colleges to gain insights into learner preferences, create opportunities to test new Ideas/concepts developed by Learning Experience, and potentially leverage as change agents for the shift we will drive in the culture of learning at Mars.
  • Support priority programs development with communications consultancy and planning.
