Commercial Operations Project Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager or commercial buyer to lead our critical cross-functional projects in collaboration with our end to end supply team and Shared Services team to ensure our Commercial strategy (known as BIG ROCKs) is properly executed with a short-term focus on supply risk reduction.

. The successful candidate will partner with program sponsors to recommend, align and deliver program value creation targets across the corporate and segment landscapes, leveraging existing planning processes.

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract and the role can be based in Slough (UK), Veghel (the Netherlands) or Poznan (Poland).

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s Degree in Business and Technical Field

  • Significant project management or business experience

  • Experience in business leadership and business transformation

  • High level of proactiveness and willingness to take responsibility

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Lead implementation and deployment processes of key projects in the areas of supply security and operational excellence whilst collaborating with our end to end supply and shared services teams

  • Lead on implementation of regional and global continuous improvement activities in cooperation with other job families

  • Support the development of regional and global strategies

  • Initiate and lead on supply chain and commercial operations projects

  • Collaborate on risk prevention projects
