Location: Paris, Haguenau (30 min from Strasbourg), Slough (United Kingdom), United States. With some Work from Home flexibility.

Segment: Mars Global Services IT

Contract Type: Permanent

Within the Analytics platform team, this role is accountable for defining, designing, developing, and deploying new security controls for the platform and the Analytics Products, leveraging expert knowledge in Azure and Security areas.

The Data & Analytics Security Architect will engage with the programs/ projects at appropriate times of the Implementation cycle, to understand their operating environment and model the security controls and policies that would work within the context of the business segment.

What are we looking for?

  • Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management

  • 8 years experience in IT, preferably in cloud platform services, security or analytics

  • Knowledge of GDPR, compliance, and security rules and regulations

  • Previous technical experience with data lake and data platforms (ex: Microsoft Azure)

  • Ability to collaborate and motivate both internal and external stakeholders

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Development of security architectural patterns with the approval of Security Architecture.

  • Guide Analytics project teams through Implementation of Security Policies requirements.

  • Initiate Security Policies updates with Security Architecture.

  • Lead remediation effort to address Issues highlighted by Internal Audit in Analytics Platform

  • Perform risk assessment of business scenarios and use cases to determine the applicable secure-by-design and zero-trust security principles

  • Design and implementation of strategy for Alerting / Monitoring/ Remediating Security recommendations that will help proactively detect abnormal activities, fraud, data anomalies etc.
