The Enablement Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of cloud technologies within the CoE Enablement Team. They combine high-level functional knowledge, strategic thinking, and project and people management skills to ensure a smooth transition to the cloud, optimize performance, and enable the organization to leverage the benefits of cloud computing.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead/Manager, product management, or related role.
- Strong leadership abilities to establish and lead a Cloud Center of Excellence team.
- Excellent team management skills, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and best practices.
- knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and best practices.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Azure concepts
- Ability to identify and prioritize user needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Experience in defining product lifecycle and roadmap.
- Ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Ability to analyse market data and customer insights to make informed product decisions.
- Knowledge of business models, revenue streams, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features based on business and user value.
- Experience in defining and tracking product metrics to measure success and make iterative improvements.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive the adoption of cloud solutions within the Enablement Team
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of cloud solutions and products
- Work closely with the security team to establish and enforce adopted compliance standards within cloud environments
- Identify opportunities for automation within cloud processes and procedures
- Oversee reliability and stability of cloud products and solutions
- Focus on improving the customer experience of cloud solutions and products
- Build strong relationships with stakeholder sand communicate the value and benefits of cloud technologies
- Set goals and initiatives to drive the organization's cloud maturity level
- Creates and sets priorities for the team to ensure backlog task completion
- Collaborate with the Strategy team to identify opportunities for new platform solutions and products
- Ensure Continuous Improvement on Cloud Products/Solutions
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team
