Slough (Hybrid)

12 months fixed term contract

At Mars we now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to come and join our team! The Business Analyst will be accountable for providing performance reporting and insight to a variety of Customers including the Demand Planning and Sales functions. This is through regular and ad-hoc reports that enable us to understand the drivers of performance which are seen as critical for providing focus, from topline down to sku level on both historical and future performance.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally hold degree level qualification

• Power BI experience

• Experience with Tableau, however not essential

• Ability to drive efficiency

• Eye for detail

• Extensive excel experience (pivot tables, vLookup, slicers etc),

• Customer focused, Action Oriented, Drive results, Collaborate and Tech Savvy

• Ability to build peer relationships

What will be your key responsibilities?

Customer Reporting – A selection of internal Plan v Actuals and Customer Based EPOS reporting that includes DBP, ABP, The Book, Promotional Trackers, and Seasonal (Xmas, Easter, Halloween) Trackers – across the Grocery, Impulse and Discounter channels. These are produced on a daily, weekly, periodic and ad-hoc basis (from a timings perspective) based on our customer’s requirements and internal meeting cycles.
