Security Architect | Mars Global Services | remote for Brazil or UK

DevSecOps manager is a technical hands-on leadership role focused on Security Architecture and Engineering Practices. This leader will enable DevSecOps and automation across the enterprise. Will be part of the Global Security Architecture practice within Mars Inc.

What are we looking for?

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Security Architecture and/or Security Engineering and/or Security Operations.

• Experience and knowledge in security aspects of SaaS solutions from both well-known large providers and small nascent solution providers

• Knowledge of scanning tools for identifying security gaps for both source code and binary solutions

• Knowledge and experience of cloud service providers and related security needs

• Your experience and knowledge in various OSes like Windows, Linux, MacOS will help you navigate Mars landscape better.

• A degree in computer science is preferred but any degree with proper certifications like CISSP and experience may be considered.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Work closely with Global Security Architecture in reviewing incoming new services and solutions to make sure the solutions follow Mars Security standards and needs.

• Collaborate with the Mars Enterprise Architecture team in reviewing incoming solutions and services.

• Over a period of time, this leader will establish Mars DevSecOps team, provide technical direction and leadership.

• Lead DevSecOps engineering practices to ensure standards are enforced across the solutions pipeline.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and segment partners (Enterprise Architecture, Security, Project teams etc.)
