Associate Brand Manager - Mars Snacking

Job Description:

The Associate Brand Manager will participate in preparation, execution and evaluation of the defined activity plan including communication, promotions and other projects in order to achieve business goals.

This exciting position will support our Fruity and Seasonal Portfolio while maintaining brand guidelines, creative assets and merchandising standards to ensure consistent visual execution across retail and digital touchpoints.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree would be an asset.
• 2+ years of Brand Management or Marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the CPG or major retail sectors.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing syndicated and panel data tools, specifically Nielsen and Numerator.
• Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multifaceted projects effectively.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop and implement promotional activities, including initiatives that support brand goals.
• Regularly analyze sales and market audit data, consumer research, and other brand metrics to analyze brand health.
• Collaborate to develop best-in-class sales materials in partnership with Customer Marketing and other functions
  Develop recommendations to support the existing brand strategy.
• Track the budgets of the brand and effectively manage the accountable budget.
• Collaborate with CMI on research projects gathering insights and/or testing new concepts.
