Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1.所管辖区域内的销售预测、制定每期销售计划,确保销售目标达成;
2. 追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实;
3.定期做生意回顾和机会分析,跟进各项过程指标达成;
4. 明确团队成员工作职责和目标,定期进行绩效回顾;
5. 辅导下属能力,以不断提升团队业绩;
6. 整合各类资源(人、TE、M&P、SE、车辆等),提高资源使用效率
Qualifications/任职条件
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 5年以上FMCG销售经验,2年以上销售管理经验;
3. 拥有专业的经销商管理能力,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力;
4. 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属,带领团队达成预定业绩目标;
5. 具有优秀的中文演讲沟通技巧;
6. 强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作。
