Job Title: WMS User

Location: Mehsana

Job Summary:

The WMS User will be responsible for operating and managing the Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely handling of inventory, order processing, and reporting. The role requires coordination with warehouse teams and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.

• Ensure accurate data entry for receipt of goods, stock transfers, dispatches, and returns.

• Monitor stock levels and support cycle counting and physical inventory processes.

• Assist in planning space utilization and optimizing warehouse layout through the WMS.

• Generate reports related to stock movement, discrepancies, order status, and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with the warehouse team to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, barcode scanning, and system updates.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and data accuracy in the WMS at all times.

• Support audits and provide necessary documentation and reports as required.

• Coordinate with IT and system vendors for enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in training new users on the WMS processes and functionalities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

• 4-5 years Prior experience in warehouse operations and working knowledge of WMS software.

• Good understanding of inventory management and order processing workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data. Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Knowledge of barcode scanning, RFID, or other automated tracking technologies
