Hlavní účel pracovní pozice. / The main purpose of the job position.

Odpovědnost za plánování pracovních sil s ohledem na zajištění maximální prduktivity ve všech oblastech práce skladu a za jeho hladký a bezproblémový chod. / Responsibility for workforce planning with a view to ensuring maximum productivity in all areas of warehouse work and for its smooth and trouble-free operation.

Odpovědnost za dodržování a kontrolu procesů spojených se skladovými operacemi. / Responsibility for warehouse processes keeping and control.

Odpovědnost za dodržování BOZP ve skladu. / Responsibility for labour safety and security rules keeping.

ZODPOVĚDNOSTI / Key responsibilities

Hlavní aktivity nutné pro splnění dané role. / Main activities needed to fulfill the role.

Implementace a udržování standardů kvality, CI (Continuous Improvement) a HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment). / Implementation and maintenance of quality, CI (Continuous Improvement) and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) standards.

Spolupracuje na tvorbě, vývoji a realizaci nových procesů a činností / Cooperate to create, develop and implement new processes.

Analyzuje a zajišťuje zpětnou vazbu týkající se využití mechanických prostředků a efektivnosti využívání dopravy / Analyze mechanical equipment usage and transport effectiveness and provide feedback.

Aktualizace řízení a organizace směn používáním podrobného předávacího protokolu / Update shift organization through detailed shift handover reports.

Sledování vnitřních procedur, jejich kontrola a zajištění jejich dodržování / Monitoring of internal procedures, their revision and ensuring of their keeping.

Úzká spolupráce se zákazníkem / Close cooperation with customers.

Aktualizuje způsob řízení a pracovní procesy v závislosti na plánovaných objemech výroby avizovaných klientem / Update working processes according to planned production volume notified by client.

Denní spolupráce s ostatními odděleními v rámci společnosti / Daily operations communication other departments within company.

Má na starosti také Facility Management skladu od plánování změn v rekonstrukcích po pořádek ve skladu / Take care also about Warehouse Facility Management from reconstruction planning to order in warehouse.

Doporučuje možnosti zlepšování produktivity / Recommend potential productivity improvements.

Dodržování firemních hodnot. / Compliance with corporate values

Plánování lidských zdrojů z dlouhodobého hlediska / Planning of personal resources from long-term perspective.

Motivace všech zaměstnanců k udržování vysoké výkonnosti / Motivation of employees to keep work efficiency at high level.

Odpovědnost za stav a údržbu vysokozdvižných vozíků a dalších zařízení a řízení jejich využití / Responsibility for fork lift and other warehouse equipment maintenance and central coordination.

POŽADAVKY / Requirements

Bakalářské nebo Středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou v oblasti logistiky. / Bachalor or Secondary education with GCSE in logistics.

Praxe na podobné vedoucí pozici v logistice +5 let. / Experience in similar supervisor position in logistics +5 years.

Rozhodná osobnost s přirozenou autoritou, organizačně zdatná, schopná si stanovit priority. / Decisive personality with natural authority, organizational skills and ability to prioritise.

Znalost skladových procesů a ADR. / Knowledge of warehouse processes and ADR.

Počítačová způsobilost MS Office – zejména Word, Excel. / Computer competence of MS Office – mainly Word, Excel.

Jazyková způsobilost v anglickém jazyce slovem i písmem, B1 – B2. / Basic language skills in English written and spoken form, Level B1 – B2.

Řidičský průkaz skupiny B. / Driving licence.

Čistý trestní rejstřík: Bezúhonnost a spolehlivost. / Clean criminal record: Integrity and reliability.
