Key Responsibilities
As Inventory Supervisor, you will take ownership of inventory control performance at our warehouse in Taulov, Fredericia, reporting directly to the Site Manager and forming part of the site leadership team. You will ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while building strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead inventory control strategy and ensure accountability for stock accuracy and shrinkage
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner
- Develop and implement processes, controls, and systems to prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, reporting, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements, including documentation and audit readiness
- Oversee inventory flows, including returns, reworked stock, and damaged goods handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and meet KPI and budget targets
What We Are Looking For
Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Solid experience within contract logistics, ideally in a customer-facing inventory management role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Proven experience working with WMS/ERP systems and managing data-driven processes
- Deep understanding of inventory control and its operational and financial impact
- Experience working in international and multi-site environments, with a structured and analytical approach
