RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procuremnet digitalization activities: vendor code, contract management, rate maintenance, contract procurement excellence, procurement sustainability to ensure the Optimum useage of procurement tools & systems

• Procurement & cost analysis, Handle daily request related to multi-transport (inland FCL/LCL trucking, rail, domestic ocean, barge, cross-border transportation) for South & Central Vietnam

• Tender management, assist in preparing and managing shipment tenders, support planning and coordinate with stakeholders on volume and requirements

• Cost saving initiatives, PPM Platform excellence

• Ensure contract documents are accurate, well maintained in structure and timely reviewed and all required licenses / certificates are timely renewed.

• Support Procurement Compliance, HSSE Safety and ESG requirements

• Other tasks (if required)

End results

• Deliver efficient procurement process with timely sourcing and supplier selection

• Ensure smooth operation with internal and external vendors

Accountabilities:

• Follow procurement sourcing steps

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in related field to supply chain

Experience:

• Fresh graduated students who have basic knowledge of supply chain / logistics industry.

• Contract management & high sense of risk assessment & management

• Teamwork skills.

• Fluent English speaking & writing

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vison

• Ability to work at least 6 months (full-time)

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills

• Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness

• Students from FTU / UEH is preferrable
