The many other highlights include the most modern talent development initiatives and competitive benefits.Our opportunityWe are looking for our new Terminal Planning Lead, who will be responsible for optimal outcomes with Terminals, ensuring value delivery on a short/mid/long term basis both on cost and service centricity angle through day-to-day liaison between our vessels and the port/terminal operators, ensuring reliable and cost-effective port stays within assigned geography by cooperating tightly with the terminals to drive day-to-day performance and optimal terminal operations. Main responsibilities:
- Ensures optimal berthing line-up for incoming ML vessels.
- Coordinates with the terminal and Marine Operator/Ocean fulfillment team the timely dispatch of vessels alongside
- Conducts postmortem reviews of vessel calls to assess and address areas of improvement
- Participates in the Network Change process by discussing and securing berthing windows for all ports within the scope
- Owns the Integrator strategy in the terminal complex
- Work with Area Product and Customer Experience teams to improve the end-to-end experience in the Terminal complex
- Deal with relevant authorities to obtain operational and commercial improvements and to optimize our operation.
- Identify and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the way of working
- Establish and maintains excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders in ports and coordinate improvement process for the business. (Terminal, pilots, authorities)
- Close relationship with Procurement team for terminal contract review and SLA to align performance metrics, the value of the contract, and making sure terminal is delivering as per contract agreed

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the industry
- Able to work autonomously and take calculated and independent decisions under high-pressure scenarios

- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
