Job Description

Location: VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong [No shuttle bus service]

Main tasks:

Daily operation:

· Follow up plan and coordinate related departments to utilize resources to finish all operation plan.

· Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.

· Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.

· Report, monitor and resolve issues on physical operation and system.

Project developing

· Joining new projects to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.

· Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.

· Review and propose solutions to improve non-confirmative issues.

Manpower managing

· Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operators of inbound, outbound operation.

· Monitor operator, DC staff ‘s operation to be comply with work instruction, job standards.

· Update work instruction and working process to match new requirements from customers or changes in company operation.

Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor

Professional Qualification/Certification:

· Preferrably with Professional Certication in Warehouse or logistics

Experience:

  • Preferably to have 2 - 3 years of experience in demand planning, distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable (3 PL industry)
  • Team management of operators
  • Preferably for being familiar with WMS, TMS, OMS,
  • Knowledge of inventory control and analysis is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of import and export is mandatory
  • Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point).
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexible, teamwork-oriented, and able to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Candidates who live near the warehouse or can relocate.
