We are looking for Spain Inland Single Carrier Agent to join our dynamic and top team in Madrid.

You will own and manage the customer experience by managing and monitoring the end-to-end inland service, in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors and internal stakeholders for daily operations activities. You can work independently with limited guidance and capable of supervising others where relevant.
This position is based in Madrid (Spain).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process in compliance with all company procedures.

• Assist to all customer issues related to inland and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal or external stakeholders.

• Provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions by having good business knowledge / process understanding.

• Maintain a Customer centric approach thereby helping to avoid occurrence of errors and take preventive measures to eliminate repetition of errors.

• Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner.

• Responsible for cross sell/up sell, customer retention.

• Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain effective and proactive communication – by regularly participating in conference calls with the clients and vendors to enable seamless process flow.

• Work with Commercial team and customer service teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships.

• Execute reports or other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
