
Senior Supervisor - Account Management

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the relationship with accountable clients in Apparel / FMCG / Cosmetic sector
Maintain good long-term relationship with existing clients and to identify potential new business opportunities for the company
Liaise, communicate, and well understand clients’ needs and provide sound solutions in an effective and efficient way
Build client relationship by acting as the interface between operation teams
Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the clients’ expectation, manage project implementation and execution, achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPI met
Manage projects relating to operations and or commercial functions
Other tasks assigned by your superior
We are looking for:
3 – 10 yrs of career experience: Tertiary educated with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or contract logistics industry
Proven track record in Key Account Management, SCM Customer Services, Business Acquisition, and Sales Development
Assertive and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure
Able to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholder
Good command of both spoken and written English
Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
